Fabric, fill, hardware and labels change how a plush charm or bag looks, feels, wears and packs. The options below are the common building blocks we review for a project. Specific materials are confirmed per design and target market.
01 · FABRIC
Soft plush fabrics.
Common options include short plush, crystal super-soft and brushed fleece, mostly polyester-based. Pile length, hand feel and colour fastness are reviewed against the design and the retail position.
02 · FILLING
PP cotton filling.
PP cotton is the standard fill for softness and recovery. Fill weight is tuned per product so the shape, sit and hand feel stay consistent across a run.
03 · HARDWARE
Clasps, rings and attachments.
Lobster clasps, keyrings, split rings, chains, straps and zips are common. Attachment and reinforcement are chosen for the carry use, not just the look.
