MOQ, sampling, customization, production and export are all reviewed against the actual design, materials, hardware, packaging, quantity and destination. The answers below describe how we approach each topic; specific numbers are confirmed after a project review, not before.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the design, materials, hardware and packaging requirements. It is confirmed after the project review. A more complex build, a smaller size, custom hardware or custom packaging can change the practical minimum.
How long does sampling take?
Sample time depends on design complexity, material availability and whether artwork or a reference is already clear. The sample schedule is confirmed when the project scope is agreed, so it reflects the real build rather than a generic estimate.
What can be customized?
Character and silhouette, fabric and colour, face and embroidery detail, attachment and hardware, labels, and pack-out can be discussed as project variables. The practical scope is confirmed against the brief and the approved sample, not against a concept image alone.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on quantity, construction, material lead time and packaging. A production schedule is agreed after the sample is approved and the order details are set.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. OEM means we manufacture to your existing design or specification. ODM means we help develop a product from your direction. We state which route applies to a project during review.
What materials do you use?
Typical builds use soft plush fabric (polyester) with PP cotton fill and a range of hardware such as lobster clasps, keyrings, straps and zips. Material choice is confirmed per project; see the materials and hardware page for the common options.
Do you provide samples before bulk?
Yes. An approved sample is the reference for bulk production. It records the character shape, fabric, colour, face, filling, attachment, labels and pack-out decisions so the order stays connected to what was approved.
Can you match a reference or artwork?
We review artwork, reference images or an animal direction for feasibility. If the reference involves a third-party character or brand, rights must be confirmed before development can proceed. We do not reproduce protected characters without authorization.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Export coordination, packaging and documentation are part of the project support. Destination requirements are reviewed with you so the product and pack-out match the route.
