Quality & Project Control

Project proof, not a factory-photo gallery.

How we control a plush project — who is responsible, how the approved sample becomes the production reference, and how packing and export inputs stay controlled for your order.

Four review points

The proof that matches your project’s risk.

01 · Identity

Legal entity and manufacturing relationship. Confirm who will quote, make, inspect and export the order, and whether the production site is owned, managed or a disclosed partner.

02 · Sample control

Sample version and approval record. Review the character, fabric, embroidery, filling, attachment, labels and pack-out that become the written reference before bulk discussion.

03 · Quality & packing

Project-level checks and pack-out. Ask which checks apply, who owns them, when they are recorded, and how labels, cartons and required documents are confirmed for your destination.

04 · Commercial handover

Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the project. They depend on the approved design, size, materials, construction, quantity, packaging, market requirements and shipping route—not a generic badge.

Proof appears at the right time

Three stages, one record.

01 · Public orientation

Before you share a brief, verify public identity, accountable contact and the stated development process.

02 · Qualified project

Once product, market, quantity and use are clear, sample-review examples, material and hardware choices, pack-out options and market inputs are discussed against the project scope.

03 · Order record

After a project is approved, the sample version, working specification, agreed checks, pack-out and release records stay connected to that specific order and destination.

Evidence register

Every publishable claim has a named owner, review date, source and public scope. Until that record exists, this site uses concept or project-review language.
