Guide · sampling process

Plush sampling process: from artwork to approved sample.

Short answer: A sample turns a design into a physical reference that records the shape, fabric, colour, face, filling, attachment, labels and pack-out. It is approved before bulk production starts.

What a sample has to settle.

How the sampling process works.

  1. Share the artwork, reference or product direction.
  2. We review feasibility and confirm the sample scope and schedule.
  3. A physical sample is produced and sent for approval.
  4. You approve the sample or request changes.
  5. The approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production.

How long does sampling take?

Sample time depends on design complexity, material availability and whether the artwork or reference is already clear. The schedule is confirmed when the project scope is agreed — it reflects the real build, not a generic estimate.
