How quality is reviewed across a plush production run.
Quality control is a series of checks against the approved sample, not a single inspection at the end. The review points below are the common stages we follow. Specific checks are confirmed per project and per market.
01 · APPEARANCE
Face and silhouette.
Face position, embroidery, colour and silhouette are checked against the approved sample so the character reads the same across a run.
02 · STITCHING
Seams and reinforcement.
Seam strength, thread tension and reinforcement points are reviewed so the product holds through handling and carry use.
03 · FILLING
Fill weight and shape.
Fill weight, distribution and recovery are checked so softness and shape stay consistent from piece to piece.
04 · SAFETY
Attachment and small parts.
Attachment security and small-part placement are reviewed against the intended use and product position. Safety and compliance testing are confirmed separately when a market requires them.
05 · PACK-OUT
Packing and labels.
Packaging, labels and carton packing are checked so the product arrives as presented and the care detail matches the destination.
How the review works
The sample is the reference for every later check.
- An approved sample records the reference for shape, fabric, colour, face, filling, attachment, labels and pack-out.
- Production is checked against that reference at the appearance, stitching, filling, safety and pack-out stages.
- Any deviation is flagged and corrected before the run continues.
- The final check confirms the shipped product matches the approved reference.
These checks are a working method, not a certification or test result. Testing and compliance documents are shown only when they genuinely exist for the product and market.
