Packaging options · plush bag charms & plush bags
Packaging that protects the product and matches the retail channel.
Packaging is a project decision, not an afterthought. The options below cover protection, presentation, branding and destination requirements. The final pack-out is confirmed with the sample and the target market.
01 · PROTECTIVE
Protective packing.
Individual poly bags protect each piece from dust and handling; cartons protect the full shipment. Carton size and inner packing are matched to the product size and the route.
02 · BRANDED
Branded presentation.
Hang tags, header cards, printed bags and gift boxes present the product for shelf or retail display. Artwork and finish are confirmed before production.
03 · LABELLING
Care and content labels.
Woven or printed care labels, content labels and country-of-origin detail are prepared to match the destination and retailer requirements.
Common packaging formats
Choose a pack-out that fits the channel.
| Format | What it is | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Poly bag | Clear or printed individual bag | Protection in transit and open-box retail |
| Hang tag / header card | Printed card attached to the product | Shelf presentation and brand detail |
| Gift box | Rigid or folding printed box | Gift sets and premium retail |
| Carton | Outer shipping carton with inner packing | Bulk transport and export |
| Care label | Woven or printed care and content detail | Compliance and after-care |
These are common formats, not a fixed list. Packaging is confirmed per project and per destination, so the pack-out protects the product and satisfies the retailer.
